The Home Group is a valued part of life at Christ Church, with between 4 and 12 people at a typical meeting. A Home Group evening consists of a time of fellowship (i.e. drinks, biscuits and chat), a friendly and lively discussion of the week's topic and a short time of prayer. All are welcome to attend, especially our friends from St. Stephen’s, Lansdown, Charlcombe Parish Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Julian Road. New members are always especially welcome, even if they can only attend one meeting.

Until Lent, we will be thinking about the Parable of the Prodigal Son from the different perspectives of the main characters in the story. We will be using Henri Nouwen's book The Return of the Prodigal Son - A Story of Homecoming to guide our thoughts.
