Liturgical worship is central to the life of Christ Church, with music forming a significant and integral part of our services. We believe in the power of carefully prepared, reverent worship to focus our hearts and minds on God. Our usual worship style would perhaps be best described as having a relaxed formality which is stimulating to the mind and uplifting to the spirit. The sacramental liturgy and the central role of the music provide for a distinctive worship style within the Deanery. It is this combination which has drawn many of the congregation to Christ Church.

Children are always welcome at all our services. We feel strongly that children should be encouraged to play a key role in our worship, and in our wider fellowship.
